Account Migration for Contractors
If you have used Ontario One Call’s Web Portal in previous editions, you will need to migrate your old account to a new one.
Steps to migrate your account:
- Navigate to the contractor login screen
- Enter your ID number (your previous username) and your old password
- You will be sent an email with instructions to migrate your old account to a new one.
- If you have more than one contractor ID, once you have setup your first ID, you can add your remaining ID’s to your new online account by contacting email@example.com
- Once you have followed the instructions in your email, you will be asked to confirm your username (email address) and to create a new password
