Account Migration for Contractors

If you have used Ontario One Call’s Web Portal in previous editions, you will need to migrate your old account to a new one.

Steps to migrate your account:

  1. Navigate to the web portal login screen
  2. Click the link “I have a user name and password for the Web applications but it’s my first visit on the Web Portal. “
  3. Enter your contractor ID number (your previous username) and your old password
  4. You will be sent an email with instructions to migrate your old account to a new one.
