Ontario One Call (ON1Call) is the legislated ‘Call Before You Dig’ provider and Regulator of the Ontario Underground Infrastructure Notification Systems Act, 2012. Ontario One Call operates inbound contact centres, which intake and process requests from anyone who may be digging near underground infrastructure, routing the requests to our members, who are the over 780 underground infrastructure owners or operators across Ontario including utilities, municipalities and other entities.. Ontario One Call is also responsible for public education, industry outreach and compliance. Ontario One Call’s mandate is defined in provincial law and we are governed by a representative Board of Directors consisting of both excavator and members.

Position overview: Ontario One Call is currently seeking a Contact Center Team Lead for our Sudbury office to provide coaching, assistance and guidance to a team of direct reports. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Team Lead will assist the Contact Centre Supervisor with oversight and management of specified contact center functions, quality assurance and coaching, as well as with the training of staff on systems, procedures, and contact center activities and provide support with escalated calls from Contact Centre Agents.
