On Jan 7th 2016 starting at 8 PM we will conduct maintenance and a software . During this time the following services will be unavailable.

  • Web-Portal
  • Maps & Subscriptions on the web
  • The call center will only process locates during the maintenance window.

Ontario One Call’s contact center vendor is experiencing a unexpected system outage.

The contact center will operate in manual mode and will be accepting emergency requests only, with a manual dispatch to members.

This does not impact

– Homeowner call volume
– Web portal
360 feedback

Scheduled Down-Time

Please note that on October 24th, 2015 during the hours of 6:00 AM and 1:00 PM Ontario One Call is scheduled to move to a new location. During this time there will be service interruptions required in order to complete the move of our technology, no changes to your configuration are required at this time.

The following services will be offline during some or the entire time-window.

  • Web Portal
    • Ticket Creation
    • Ticket Search/Management/Status
  • Contractor Bridge
  • 360 Feedback

Unscheduled System Maintenance

At 3:00 PM EST we encounter and error with our system and are working diligently with our service partners to restore the system. The call center is only accepting emergency locates via a manual process.
