March 30, 2005 To our valued members: Planning and Design Ontario One Call will be accepting requests for pre-engineering work beginning April 1st 2005. As a member of Ontario One Call, you have the option of receiving planning requests. The pre-engineering requests can be sent the same way that you are currently receiving locate requests as they are in the same format; they will have a header code of “PLANNING”. The option is also available to have the planning requests sent through to a different department if you would like to separate tickets that are going to your locators versus pre-engineering. Currently all members have Planning requests added to their existing subscriptions.
